1. Purpose of the position As an HR professional, you will assist Associate HR Director-Sales Force, to provide HR services including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and career development, as well as HR project and policy designing and implementation to meet the organization expansion needs. 2. Key responsibility · Employment Administration · Recruitment · Regulatory/Legal Compliance · Employee Relations; build partnerships and positive working relationships · Assist Associate HR Director in Counseling Career Development · Labor/FESCO relations 3. Requirement · Strong inter-personal and cross-functional coordination skills, people sensitivity; · Quick learner, self-management, influence, innovation and creativity; · Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) and active team player; · Assertiveness, good judgment and can work under pressure / across boundary; · Analytical skills for good planning and problem solving; · Capability of measurement and evaluation, adaptable to change; · University graduate and above; · Fluent in spoken and written English and mastery of computer application skills. · Multinational companies and pharmaceutical experiences preferred.
